I attended the minor injuries unit at Bodmin Hospital with an elderly person who had fallen while carrying her 15 month old grandson. Both were in shock and I was unaware of their injuries. There was no urgency in the department and I felt the level of care was poorly. I feel there was no empathy or consideration shown to either of them.
