"Consistency of experience is so important"

About: Adult Specialist Services / Podiatry

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

With my current treatment- everything was excellent.

Would it be possible to give a short training session showing how not to end a treatment? For example having a staff member saying the patient was wasting the physios time & her own & she was going to be discharged because all was fine.

In my case the following week I saw the surgeon and it was not fine at all. Perhaps Park House needs a permanent in "Head" to check the work being done here. Most of the people I have seen here have been very pleasant and treat the patients well.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, and I am pleased that your most recent visit to the podiatry service at Park House was a positive experience, and I will ensure your comments are fed back to the staff involved.

I am very sorry that your other comment in relation to ending a treatment there, was not so positive.

I have spoken to the manager responsible for this service, and she has asked that if you contact her office on 0115 8837510, and leave a message, then she will phone you back to discuss your experience.

Many thanks again
