i was at your hospital on friday 4th July 2008 as i have never been in Hospital in my life i was extreemly scared, i also suffer from panick & anxiety attacks which didnt do me any favours,any way on arriving as i was in for an Angeeagram, i was met by a nurse, and she explained things to me sat and had a quick chat told me not to worry and reasured me,straight away i felt at ease,until it was time for the Angeegram thing to be done, well i can tell you Panick well set in,BUT that soon changed the doctors who were doing it knew about my panick and anxiety and they gave me a sedative to help calm me down....they chatted to me firstly and one chap imparticular i wish i could remember his name but i carnt,,if i was the queen i would have knighted the man as he was absoluteley amazing if it wasnt for him i would,nt have gone through with it as the nerves got the best of me,and this man i remember gave me the sedative....was worth his weight twice in gold as after he had chatted to me and helped me calm down i really did trust him with my life..i had the angeegram done only because of the professionalism and care and the excellent staff who were considerate as well and the way they spoke and reasured me they were GREAT PEOPLE thank you all from a now not as nervous person...THANK YOU

What could be improved

their isnt any room for improvement keep it as it is their great people who know what they are doing you dont realise how lucky you are if you are treated at withenshaw as for me i will never forget the way the staff had time for me to chat to me reasure me and make me feel comfortable and that wasnt part of their job but they went out of their way to do it...Thank you all
