(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been visited by the District Nurses for some time now and they always give excellent care and cheer me up. They are kind and make me feel that I am not a nuisance.

Thank you so much for your kind comments about the District Nursing staff who have visited you. The staff work very hard to deliver not only excellent clinical care but also to give patients that extra care and attention that makes the difference. I will pass on your comments to the team.
