I am deputy manager of a residential home and had to assess a lady on ward 21 to come to our home ,the assessment was 13/10/2013, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the staff, how the patients were looked after, the respect the patients were shown , , their dignity was paramount, and how helpful the staff were ,WARD 21 is a credit to the BRI
