I have recently come out of hospital following an 11 day stay in intensive care and also a short stay on another ward. I cannot praise the staff in ITU highly enough as they literally saved my life. Although i was very poorly i was always informed of what was happening and i couldnt have asked for better treatment. the nurses were so friendly and were always happy to explain things that me or my family did not understand, and although for 1/2 the time i was on a ventilator and did not know what was going on, i have been told by my family that the staff were always very caring and respectful of my dignity. thank you so much
