Very unhelpful staff on the reception, I required assistance and was met with one word answers and hostility. They where unable to provide me with the service I required and where not forthcoming with where I could actually gain assistance. Very unhappy.

We are really disappointed that you found the reception staff unhelpful and are very keen to investigate this further to address the issues involved. In order to do this, however, we would need some more information, including the date and time of day you attended A&E. It would also be very helpful to have a little more information about the assistance you asked the reception staff for and the response you received.
