I have been waiting 8 week for my next appointment which has now been pushed back 3 more month. Staff unhelpful at appointments. Find a Gastrointestinal clinic elsewhere.

We were very sorry to hear of your frustrations around an appointment cancellation. The department is currently undergoing both a redevelopment of its endoscopy units and is recruiting additional medical and nursing staff. These two initiatives will then serve to further improve the service we are able to offer the local population and reduce cancellations.
