Anything else?
I had ACL surgery and had to stay in overnight for i/v antibiotics and pain relief. I received excellent care. The nurses were very caring and respectful. The ward is clean and the nursing team maintain a high standard hygienic care while nursing patients. The ward itself is calm and peaceful. Members of the surgery and anaesthesia team came and spoke to me before my surgery and explained the procedures that lay ahead of me. I must admit I was very worried about being anaesthetised because this was my first time but the anaesthetist was very kind and reassuring which made the process so much better. After surgery, the surgical team done ward rounds and informed me that my surgery went well. My post op pain relief was excellent. I was discharged the following day after the physiotherapist was happy I could manage at home on crutches.
