My eldelry Aunt was recently brought into Queen's seriously ill. the scare received in A&E, MAU and Bluebell Ward was oustanding. Medical and Nursing Staff were compassionate, caring and took time to explain to our family the issues my Aunt was facing. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure my Aunt was comfortable, and all staff were extremely approachable and friendly.

Accident and Emergency and the MAU can, we know, be very busy, so I am particularly pleased that you felt staff were still compassionate and caring, and that you and your aunt were kept fully informed about her treatment.
