What I liked
I was admitted as an emergency case. I was advised that urgent surgery was needed to my neck, that spinal surgery needed to be done asap, preferably asap, but before end of June. I needed a few days to think about the implications. I got back to the hospital some weeks ago to request that the opp be carried out, and that the consultant did it.
I have not got a reply and do not know how long it is going to be before the opp.
What could be improved
If the opp is so urgent, I'm surprised a date has not been fixed. In hope I was not penalised just for needing time to sort out a few things.
