"Very happy with all my appointments"

About: Adult Specialist Services / Podiatry

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have always had excellent treatment from all the Podiatry staff at Park House. It would make more sense and be much easier if I could make my next appointment before I leave (also relieving pressure on recption staff)

Car parking has always been a problem, it was not properly thought through when they bulit!

Apart from these points I have been very happy with all my appointments.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, and I am pleased that you have received excellent service from the podiatry team

We have recently amended the process for making appointments at Park House in response to patient feedback. All appointment requests are now dealt with by the podiatry administrative team at Mansfield Community Hospital. The reason we do not automatically re-book appointments is to retain flexibility when scheduling clinics,and to enable the service to remain responsive to fluctuations in demand. If you experience any difficulties in booking your next appointment, please contact the administrative team at Mansfield on 01623 785208, and they will pass your message on to me.

I will forward your comments regarding the car parking to the health centre manager at Park House
