The care I received was excellent - once the analysis was complete, I was operated on swiftly, and my concerns were treated with respect. The consultant and his team were empathetic, had humour and treated me with respect at all times. This might be the best care I have received - privately or under the NHS. The only negative was that the team had to work in an environment that was in dire need of updating, as it looked like it hadn't changed for maybe 30 years!
