Overnight for observation in surgical Reception Ward: The night staff worked continuously all night with critical patients and they were professional and helpful about small things as well as more urgent matters. Very noisy and a bit like Piccadilly Circus, but that was due to number of patients in critical state. Lights went off at 12 midnight! Back on at 6am! Very clean.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. The surgical receiving unit, by its nature, is a busy area and the team of staff work very hard to ensure their patients receive high standards of care.
