I was admitted as an NHS day patient for foot surgery. Everyone, at every stage from porter to receptionist, surgeon and nursing staff, to league of friends and cleaners were unfailingly cheerful, polite and helpful.

I was treated with the utmost courtesy and dignity at all times. The hospital was spotless and its facilities excellent. My operation was comfortable, pain free with excellent after care advice. I was on Kenyon Ward where Gaynor and Pam we're exceptionally thoughtful and helpful, even to making sure my husband was looked after. Thank you to everyone who made a potentially stressful day, a calm and comfortable experience. If I were doing an Ofsted Inspection you would be Outstanding in all respects.
