I was referred to Inclusion Matters and was able to attend an appointment within around 3 weeks. I attended after an overnight stay in hospital (diagnoses of 'inappropriate sinus tachycardia', a high heart rate) and stress from this experience.
My therapist guided me through the ways in which 'panic' manifests and the vicious cycle that it has. I had around 4 sessions here and was then referred to a different clinic in which I would be able to gain more specific treatment for my needs.
Within one month I was contacted to attend this second clinic and was given an appointment quickly.
The therapist was very understanding of what I had been through and was never judgmental in any way. She listened carefully and asked how different situations made me feel. I feel that the sessions I have attended have enabled me to get back to normal life and I am very glad and happy to have used the service.
My therapist suggested ways in which I could help myself get back to normality.
Thank you for everything that has been offered to me by the very friendly Inclusion Matters,
I would highly recommend the service to friends and family: ).
