I was extremely impressed with the timekeeping of the clinic; I was seen very promptly. I also really liked the general atmosphere in the clinic; the staff seemed to be very well disposed to each other and were courteous with patients.Staff were actually smiling!! The nurse in the pre-admissions clinic took time to keep me fully informed and explained everything very well. We are so lucky to have staff like this working in our NHS system. I have required regular check ups and hospital visits over the last five years and find that the quality of care continues to improve. Thank you very much.
