"I went to the hypertension outpatient ..."

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I went to the hypertension outpatient clinic. The staff couldn't do enough for you, and you could tell they cared deeply. Also, my consultant detected my interest in the chemistry of the tablets I'm on (I'm a chemistry with pharmacology student), and explained the actions (Above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion)

What could be improved

Could reduce to amount of walking between clinics, went from the hypertension clinic to the ECG clinic and back again, and then had to go to the phlebotomy department. Also, no sharing of information between GP and consultant (had to have same blood tests done twice)
