About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Attended Birmingham Heartlands with my 86 year old father who was complaining of chest pains and difficulty in breathing.

Booked in for a mid morning, as I write this little update... Nothing absolutely nothing from anyone clinical just the receptionists who by no fault of their own should be playing for England's cricket team... The way they can deflect a questions!

Having worked as a paramedic for the NHS I have to say that Birmingham Heartlands is very poor!
