Anything else?
After being cancelled 5 times for Kidney Stone Surgery, I finanally went for Surgery. The Nurses were very good and polite, but I found that Consultants were not consulting with the Nurses. The food was ok. The cleanliness was good. I came in for Surgery twice for Kidney Stone Removal, once in October 2012 and again in April 2013. The Consultant did a great job in Basket Stone Removal.

Thank you for the feedback, I am sorry that you were cancelled 5 times before finally getting the operation. I will feedback that communication was an issue between teams of staff involved in your care, we appreciate the comments.
