From start to finish it was an excellent experience. The information provided both prior to and during the stay made the understanding about what was to happen very clear. The hospital was a clean and very welcoming environment. It felt like a privilege to stay there. The staff were all caring and thoughtful. If it wasn't for the fact I had to have an operation the stay would have been like being in nice hotel.
