Gemma assessed me and was excellent very friendly and explained everything clear and concisely so no worries, all concerns were covered, a good job very well done.

The procedure was carried out by Charlie and Ian who put me at ease and once again explained all details in plain English and clearly so no worries and both very pleasant and friendly.

A good team who provide an excellent service with good humour, plus a high standard of patient care.
