I visited the accident and emergency on October 4th 2013 and want to commend the service I received. I was really impressed by the professionalism and calibre of the staff from reception desk, blood test staff, nurses, doctors, x ray and ultrasound staff. They all worked together very well and everything was explained to me during my treatment. People often criticise the accident and emergency services but it is necessary to realise that blood test results, x ray results etc are not instantaneous and that staff are working within these limits and to realise this. Well done and thank you.

What is particularly pleasing to read about is the way you describe the team working together, something we greatly value at The Princess Alexandra Hospital as we know that people are the most important part of our hospital and of course these are colleagues who we are immensely proud to work with.
