I apologise for the delay in this response due to technical difficulties within the Choice Team. Thank you for your comment regarding the shower facilities. This matter has been fully investigated by our Estates Department who have provided the following information: The ward standard of cleanliness is maintained to an exceptionally high standard consistently scoring above 97.89% in line with the National Cleaning standards matrix. There is no evidence to suggest that any of the shower units have been out of commission in the recent months. There are regular audits and inspections undertaken with written evidence to support this. As a result of your comment, the Estates Manager made an additional visit to the ward, when he assessed the area and showers and found the ward to be cleaned and maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
