"The Gentleman who performed the ..."

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

The Gentleman who performed the X-ray on me was very polite and put me at ease

What could be improved

Cleanliness, the cubicle floor in which i was treated had blood stained tissue paper on it.

Communication, the doctor who treated me had clearly not read my medical history nor did he know that i had already had an X-ray 4hrs ago.

Abrupt staff, when we enquired about why we were waiting after 5 and a half hours, we were told we were waiting for a doctor.

I was given two forms of pain medication, yet i hadn't complained of any pain.
