I attended the paediatric out patient department with my step daughter about a month ago. The whole experience could not have been a better one. The consultant was excellent and dealt with my concerns effectively and with empathy. The whole experience was 5 star and I couldn't have been treated better. Every member of staff who we met both on ward, and then when we went down to the x-ray department were absolutely top class, even the porters asked if we were ok and being looked after. I was struck by the passion the staff had in giving a good service to us, how the communicated with us and my step daughter, and how they obviously cared about us and improving the reputation of West Cumberland. Just felt you should all know!!
