"Brilliant response from James, Gemma and Heather at Local Community Partnership"

After previously attending the Podiatry clinic, I rang up to order more inner soles. Heather, receptionist, who took my call was extremely helpful & made arrangements for me to collect them later that day. On arrival James & Gemma, greeted d me, as well as being professional were very pleasant. James had already begun to make my inner soles in anticipation of me coming & when I requested a second pair, if possible, he explained that would be no trouble, if I was willing to wait 20 minutes while he made them. When he brought them to me he explained fully how to use them as well as an explanation sheet. What excellent service I received from these most personable people- thank you!
