Attended early August 2013 for an arthroscopy on my right knee. All the staff who dealt with me were professional, polite and extremely helpful. The manager in particular dealt with a small problem I had beforehand efficiently and put my mind at ease. The consultant saw me before the op, straight afterwards and then for a follow up five weeks later. He explained on each occasion what would happen, talked me through the procedure and even showed photographs to me at the review. Eight weeks on and my knee is remarkable. No pain whatsoever, bends like a dream and allows me a good nights sleep after much discomfort on the run up to this operation. I would like to thank the whole team for their great efforts and would thoroughly recommend them.
