Last Monday evening (23/9/13) i had to call the 111 has i was in extreme pain in my lower back. The service was prompt and efficient and an appointment made at King Georges Hospital. It appears we were treated as priority and was shown through to majors very quickly. They suspected it was kidney stones and after further diagnosis it was confirmed. The vast majority of staff were very helpful and i received good care. I stayed in for 2 nights and was discharged Wednesday. We hear so much negative press about the NHS but i can honestly say the service i got was first class, thank you so much to everyone involved
