"The support and help we have received has been fantastic"

Catherine has been extremely helpful, offering lots of advice and suggestions in helping to cope with my partner’s limitations. She has been easy to speak to and and if she says she will do some things, then she has always rung to explain any changes.

She is a pleasure to work with. She listens to our concerns and tries to help/solve them. The equipment loan store have been quick and helpful and they barely have any staff. It isn't easy to try and find the right equipment and advice but all the staff has tried their best to find solutions or refer us to another service as appropriate. It is very important when needing palliative care that people are helpful and supportive to us.
