"Patient Liason Office...do they exist?"

I have been trying to get the Patient Liason Office to call me about My mothers care. I have written twice emailed once and left 3 messages on the answer phone. Nothing in three months. Absolutely terrible service and management , but this is what is wrong with all the hospitals..its not the angels on the wards , its the people that are managing them. I am not giving up even if I have to drag the papers into this, my mother needs treatment not to be left in agony just because she happens to have altzeimers! (Im taking bets that they wont reply to this either)
