On Sunday Sept 29th I was referred from CHOC to A and E for treatment for an insect bite. The staff were second to none. The nurses, the doctors,and the receptionist could not have been better. They were caring, efficient, pleasant and keen to put me at ease. When we hear so many adverse comments about WCH I thought it was worth adding my positive experience. Many thanks to all in A and E.
