Care and attention. I cannot speak highly enough of my time in A and E and AAU. As soon as I arrived at A @ E with arm pain and breathing difficulties I was taken to X Ray, had several blood tests and other tests. Was taken to AAU for observation and overnight stay. At all times I was treated with courtesy . The staff were all extremely busy but maintained good humour and attention at all times. This is my second time in Watford General and am pleased to say that the standard is still as high now as it was the first time.

Thank you for taking the time to let us have feedback about the care you received from our accident and emergency (A&E) and acute admissions unit (AAU). I am sorry to hear you haven't been well and hope you are on the mend. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and I have shared it with the staff involved, include the matrons, doctors and others. I know they will be pleased. Thank you once again for taking the time to review the service we provide.
