"Telephone is not answered"

I keep trying to get through on the telephone but it just rings and rings until it is cut off, Time after time this happens and it is just not good enough. I am trying to get to know when my old uncle will be seen, He has been without false teeth for 13 months now and is losing weight at an alarming rate, Some one must be held accountable, and soon, before we are at an inquest. Please Please pick up the phone someone and give people the basic information we need.
