I walked in after parking my car in the car park searching for clinic 1 whwere i had my appointment. Not only that the staff did not know where clinic 1 was, they could not find my in the computer. I had to walk all the way to the other part of the hospital at urgent care where they sent me just to find out that no body there could find me in the computer. As I could not stand up I asked for a chair that took a while to come. When I got in to be seen, a nurse there told me to calm down although I told her several times that I am feeling as I am going to pass out. She would not listen. Just when the main doctor was about to see me I got a call from clinic 1 asking me where I was. I told them im in urgent care and they told me the staf should not have sent me there. I went to clinic 1 in the end and finally, the doctor who was waiting for me from the beggining saw me and said there was nothing serious about it. The only good experience in this hospital was meeting the doctor who is a real phisician! Do not rely on staff!
