My daughter has been referred on four separate occasions by our local GP for specialist Opthamology care. We have contacted repeatedly for an appointment to follow this up - with the promise of a letter coming out but still nothing. Staff on the telephone are abrupt, unprofessional and ought to remember to press the mute button at their end before chatting unprofessionally with colleagues about potentially confidential medical information in a full waiting area.
