(as a parent/guardian),

I wanted to say a huge thank you to all the nurses on the young persons emerald ward for looking after my daughter at the end of Sept.

We were both anxious about the op and the hospital stay but the nurses were amazing and looked after my daughter like she was their own.

The doc was amazing too. Calm confident and reassuring. Thanks too to the gentleman who changed her from the adult ward to the young persons ward when I rang so that she could be with people of her own age as she only turned 18 3 weeks ago.

My daughter is home and recovering well. Xxx
