"Quick and efficient audiology service"

I recently had a problem with a hearing aid failing to work correctly. I phoned the audiogy service at Kidderminster Hospial and was offered an immediate appointment. The aid was repaired quickly and efficiently. The service from all the staff from the receptionist to the Assitant audiogist was excellent.

I have used both private and NHS audiology services and my preference, based on my experience of the Kidderminster service, is for the NHS
