What I liked

lovely nurses, very attentive and friendly at all times!

What could be improved

The hygiene in the hospital was appalling. On visit to the toilet I had to dodge a pair of bloody knickers on the floor and what looked like excrement in the corner (this was in A&E) when later admitted into the hospital, I was horrified when I had to take a shower in a rubber seat. the shower room was cold, unappealing, the shampoo etc provided was disgusting and the whole experience was dreadful.

Also, the food was horrific.
