Given a form 2 weeks ago when mum was in another ward. Asked for help to fill it in- the nurse said they just wanted me to sign it-I said I cant sign it because I don't understand it-the form was blank. My car was out of commission until fixed for MOT so couldn't see mum til today-got phonecall last week to say mum moved to curie ward-went there-mum not there-told in cedar ward-went there-the staff nurse screamed and shouted at me in front of everyone saying because the form not filled in mum is still in hospital-they said mum could get an infection-that would be really sad-then said mum could be moved to a not very good place because of me. This woman was really aggressive-I said ok give me a form I will sign it now-they said no it looks bad-bring in the form you were given.they said people have been trying to ring me all the time-this is lies-because I spoke to the hospital last week-they told me mum had been moved but nothing else. I sat there crying in front of mum I felt terrible, really bad. This woman needs re-training.
