My appointment was on the 20th June 2013 for my operation for anew knee this was my first ever stay in a hospital aged 68. I was made to feel very welcomed and relaxed, all was explained to me what was going to happen to right from the start all the staff were excellent and their approach to the job was first class. I felt assured nothing was to much trouble for them and the physiotherapy team were brilliant. From start to discharge I would do it all again. Many Thanks to the whole team Regards Chris Sandford
