"Dr missed a fracture"

I attended A and E after a fall well I had 4 falls that day I am only 56 but I am a heart patient. I waited for a while but I didn't mind the wait after all it is an accident and emergency department. However when I was seen I was not very happy. I felt the examination I received was poor, credit where it's due once I said I was a heart patient the Dr looked for signs of heart attack or stroke. Initially I was impressed the nurse was busy so the Dr took my obs herself my blood pressure was 140/100 (I think) I thought this was high certainly too high for me the Dr said it was fine. She also said the fact I had fallen 4 times in one day was a coincidence I wasn't confident this was the case. I struggled with the test for a stroke as I couldn't accurately touch her finger with my finger as my hand was too painful. She said my hand was just soft tissue damage it turned out to be a fracture picked up by my Dr who kept sending me back to the hospital. I understand that small fractures are often missed but on my 3rd visit in the same week the Dr I saw at the beginning sought to blame me for the missed fracture saying I had said my hand was sore on the right not left-hand side. To explain my GP thought that a scaphoid fracture had been missed , as it was I had only fractured my Triquetral bone but it is my right hand and I am right handed. I clearly said I had a headache I had a large bump on my head the Dr asked me if I had taken paracetamol I hadn't so she said my headache would probably go it I did and that if I felt sick I should then come back. The headache didn't go with paracetamol and I felt like I had bees in my head for days.. The nurse who did my ECG was a bit vacant as she asked me if I had ever had an ECG before which I assume is the standard question but I have a long large prominent scar from my heart bypass so it hardly inspires confidence.
