I attended for a Ct Cardio Angiogram and as my BP was quite high and my heart rate far too fast I was on the department for a while. The staff were friendly but not too familiar caring polite and efficient. The staff apologised to me on several occasions because of the delay in my procedure there were two emergencies on the day with priority patients needing scans. My point is this if I was the emergency or a loved one in my family I would like them to be seen quickly too so I don't mind waiting but thank you for the concern..
