Anything else?
After a facial mole was biopsied just before Christmas with the result confirming it was a malignant melanoma and a follow up operation removing it all I discovered another mole on my ear which was cut out in March. I was very happy with all the information given to me by the doctor after the facial mole removal but having the ear mole removed I have still to this day not been sent or told any results (now 6 months ago). All previous appointments were great only having to wait a few weeks for information and all appointment times being on time or no more than 15 minutes wait. Having tried to contact the secretary being given the number by the reception desk on the ward I have had no luck the telephone number rings for 3 mins and cuts off so I can't even leave a message so with regard to aftercare I am not very satisfied as after my first discussion about what was to happen after the removal I was told I would be advised how to check for more moles and even be given a full body check by a consultant. I am not sure if this review will help in contact from the consultant/secretary but feel very confused and low.
