At the beginning of the week I had surgery at the Bev stokes day unit. All the staff were amazing, Mr Naseef, and the nurses, Alison, Sarah and Leanna. The procedure was more extensive than I was anticipating but everyone was kindness itself.
Mr Naseef talked me through the process as it happened, checking every step of the way that I was comfortable with what he was doing. Alison, sarah and Leanna chatted to me the whole way through and Sarah stood alongside me at the more painful moments.
I could not have hoped for a more positive, nice and pleasant experience. Thank you
