can you please do some thing about the audioligy departenment, i.e. anserw the Phone for appiontments or at least reply to the message i leave , i have to go on two buses to broadgreen, i am disabled, just to make an appiontment, they say short staff , however the staff from the royal are there also, but its no better than it was at the royal , its an on going bad virus, brought from the royal vincent scriven
