I burnt the palm of my hand testing the temperature of my iron! Silly me... of course I burnt it quite badly. I was treated quickly and a lot of care was taken to make sure it was comfortable. Everything was explained to me. The care I received was second to none and I thank everyone concerned. I have to give 5* for the excellent treatment and kindness received.
