What I liked

I was on ward f 9 for 11 days, it was clean and well run by a senior staff nurse who missed nothing and attended to everything there and then but in such a way that the ward was "kept friendly" whilst us patients got a good level of care. It was my first time in hospital and if there's a next time I won't feel so bad abuot going in. p.s the food was not that bad.

What could be improved

I was in over the 4 day easter holiday and whilst the care recieved by nursing staff was excelent I could not see a doctor until teusday pm despite asking to see one on several occaisions starting on saturday evening. better cover on senior medical staff is a must as illness does not recognise bank holiday's.
