Attending an appointment today at Gower Place Practice, I watched the receptionists dealing with hundreds (literally) of new university students registering alongside regular patients coming for appointments or with queries. They were fantastic: cheerful, friendly, patient and very kind.
All my previous experiences have been good - they are always welcoming and helpful but this brought home to me what an outstanding team they are.
