"Appointment cancelled at late notice with no apology"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Appalling!

My appointment at Wolverhampton was cancelled 1. 5 hours before I was due to be seen. Excuse given was no doctor rotated on this afternoon.

No apology. No prompt action taken to reschedule to next available convenient appointment.

Complaint made!

I am very disappointed to read your comments. Unfortunately TRAQS only book the appointment after discussing the Choice of providers with the patient. The hospital is responsbile for managing the clinics and unfortunately these things do sometimes happen due to unforeseen circumstances.

I trust that you will receive a prompt reply and explanation following your complaint and that your appointment is rebooked in a timely manner.
